Person of interest is the name of the crime drama American TV-series which first season was released at 2011 directed by Jonathan Nolan ( Christopher Nolan's brother ). Definitely Jonathan got some idea from his brother's movies in terms of complication and making viewers think.
Person of interest is actually about a government's secret machine which spies on people every hour of everywhere. it is made for the purpose of preventing terrorists attacks in New York. but this machine also predicts when and where ordinary people will get killed while government just need terrorism issue. The machine makes government care about all the people in New York . the person who build this machine ( Harold Finch ) hires a former CIA and army officer to trace killers and get rid of them .
I highly recommend you guys start watching it.
